This pattern connects the letter structure of Genesis 1:1 with words occurring in the Torah. The resulting letter-use counts repeatedly produce 37 and 73 when subjected to the same defined division procedure in forward and reverse order.
Remove the spaces from Genesis 1:1, leaving its 28 Hebrew letters, and number the letters from right to left. Beginning at each possible position, select letters at a constant offset greater than one. Retain each resulting sequence that is a word found in the Torah.
Ten words are found. Count how many times each of the 28 letter positions is used by those ten words. Reading the 28 counts produces the following number:

Divide both numbers by 3 and by 7, producing four quotients. Then count the occurrences of 37 and 73 in those quotients.
The complete row contains 28 position counts. Its first four counts are zero, so the displayed number contains 24 digits when leading zeros are omitted.

This result was not reproduced in a test of one billion random numbers using the same division and matching procedure.
This is an empirical control-test result, not an exact theoretical probability. The test establishes that no match was observed in the one-billion-number sample; it does not by itself prove an exact one-in-one-billion probability.
